MRS. HART
Private funeral for Marguerette C. Hart of 135 Third Street, San Rafael, was held today. Inurnment was in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery.
Mrs. Hart, 80, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long illness.
A native of Tracy, San Joaquin county, she lived in San Rafael for 12 years, moving here from Contra Costa county.
Mrs. Hart had been a flying enthusiast since 1928, and was one of California’s first woman pilots. She continued flying until five years ago. She was a member of 99’s International Women’s Pilot Club, and the OX5 Club, Pioneer Airmen.
For many years he worked as an account analyst for the Anglo-California Bank in San Francisco.
She is survived by her husband, Alvah J. Hart of the family home in San Rafael, a son, Cedrick L. Jerry of Blairsden, Plumas county, and a granddaughter, Darlene Draper of Las Vegas, Nev.
