Pioneer Woman Passes To Rest
Mrs. Christina Schlosser, widow of the late Henry Schlosser, passed away last Sunday while on a visit to her sister, Anna M. Schulz, in Camp Meeker.
Mrs. Schlosser was 84 years of age and had resided in San Rafael since 1860, when she came here with her husband, who became one of Marin County’s leading business men. He died about two years ago.
She is survived by two sisters, Anna Schulz and Agnes Lacroix. She was the aunt of Mathilda Schroder, John W., Henry O. and August C. Schlosser and Mrs. Mary Smith.
The funeral, held Wednesday with services at the F. E. Sawyer Funeral Parlors, was largely attended by the hosts of friends and the sorrowing relatives of the deceased.
