Body of Electrician Taken From The Water

The body of Charles Fisher, a young electrician of San Francisco, who was drowned in Belvedere Cove last Thursday evening, was found Wednesday by Andrew Swanson, a boatman, while making a trip across the bay in a launch.

Fisher, in company with four friends, was rowing in a light skiff across the Cove from their ark to a launch owned by Fisher, when a heavy wave struck the frail boat and capsized it. Two of the men swam to safety and the other two were rescued with difficulty. Fisher clung to an oar, but sank before aid could reach him. The party had gone there to await the opening of the duck season.
