ANDREAS BEYER
Andreas Beyer, 63, of 222 Elvia Court, Marinwood, died in a local hospital this morning after a long illness.
A native of Germany, he came to California in 1927 and to Marin 20 years later. He worked as a purchasing agent for Mannings, Inc., of San Francisco until failing health forced him to retire two years ago. He was as associate member of the Real Estate Board of Marin County.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Mrs. Marjorie Beyer; a son, Anders Beyer of Concord; a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie A. Rauch of Los Altos; two sisters, Erna Mahrt and Ilse Schroeder of Germany, and three grandchildren.
Funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Keaton’s, San Rafael. Inurnment will be private. The family prefers memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society
