An Old Resident Laid to Rest

Mrs. Catherine Mangin died at her home at Second and E streets in this city late Sunday night after a protracted illness. Deceased was 67 years of age and was an old and respected resident of this city. Her husband John Mangin, who was also an old resident of this city, was killed on the North Shore Railroad track between the B street depot and West End several years ago.

Mrs. Mangin’s funeral took place yesterday from St. Raphael’s Church where a solemn High Mass was celebrated for the repose of her soul by Rev. Father Phillips. The interment took place in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
