Kentfield Woman’s Sister Succumbs
Mrs. Evelyn Meeks Trutner of Oakland, who spent her girlhood in Marin and is the sister of Mrs. Ralph Worsley who lives at Francis avenue, Kentfield, died yesterday at her home after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow from the Piedmont Memorial Chapel of John J. Cox, Piedmont, thence to St. Theresa’s Church where a Requiem High Mass will be said. Burial will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Mrs. Trutner is the wife of Harman (sic) C. Trutner, who is a musician with the San Francisco Symphony and an instructor at Holy Name High School and College in Oakland.
She is survived by three children, Herman A. Trutner, Mrs. Douglas Hansen and Thomas Kirk Trutner, all of Oakland; a brother, Milo Meeks of Norfolk, Va., and two small granddaughters of Oakland.
