Mrs. Monaghan Rites Tomorrow
Death of Josephine Monaghan of Philadelphia, formerly of Marin, was reported today by the Evergreen Mortuary of McAvoy O’Hara Co., San Francisco. She died Saturday after a long illness in Philadelphia, where she had lived for the past five years with her daughter, Mrs. Clarence W. Dustin.
Mrs. Monaghan was also the mother of the late George Taylor and grandmother of Capt. George J. Taylor of the Air Force. The body has been sent from Philadelphia to San Francisco.
Funeral services will be held 9 a.m. tomorrow from the Evergreen Mortuary of McAvoy O’Hara Co., San Francisco, thence to Star of the Sea Church, San Francisco, for Requiem High Mass. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. Rosary is tonight at 8.
