MERLE J. ORGAN
Merle Jean Organ, longtime Marin resident, died Tuesday, July 7, 1987, at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center after a brief illness. She was 63.
Mrs. Organ was born and reared in San Francisco. She lived in Mill Valley for 20 years before moving to Novato 15 years ago.
She worked as a payroll clerk for the Triple A Machine Shop in San Francisco for 20 years.
Mrs. Organ enjoyed traveling.
She is survived by two sons, Richard Reels of Petaluma and William Reels of Arbuckle, Colusa County; two daughters, Sherie Lemire of Petalum and Vicki Guard of Eugene, Ore.; and a brother, Robert McCallister of San Francisco.
A private service is being planned.
The family prefers that memorial contributions be sent to the American Cancer Society.
