MARY CHURCH
Memorial service for Mary Waite Church, 55, of San Rafael will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Noble Chapel, Cypress Lawn Memorial Park at Colma. Mrs. Church died May 9 in an auto accident near Wells, Nev.
A native of Hutchinson, Kan., she came to California about 40 years ago, settling in San Francisco. She moved to San Rafael eight years ago and lived at 199 Canal Street, Apt. 6. She was employed by the Emporium in San Francisco and was a Sierra Club member.
Survivors include a son, Michael W. Church of San Francisco; a daughter, Carole Ann Solbjor of Tracy; a sister, Florence Murphy of Millbrae; two brothers, Hugh Waite of Littleton, Colo., and Jack Waite of San Francisco, and five grandchildren.
Private interment is planned. Contributions to favorite charity are preferred.
