PADDEN, Patricia, of San Rafael, passed away December 12, 2001. Keatons, San Rafael, 415-453-0571.
Patricia Padden
Died unexpectedly without suffering December 12, 2001. She was born February 8, 1925 to Cliff and Madge Frazer in Toledo, Oregon. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years Thomas J. Padden, children Kathy Gallagher, Maureen Singleton and Tom Jr., grandchildren Brett, Christa, Daniel and Anna Gallagher and brother William Frazer. She attended grade school and Grant High School in Portland, Oregon graduating in three and one half years. After graduation Pat worked in banking and the insurance business until her marriage to Tom in 1950. Then she traveled with him to his F.B.I. assignments in Texas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and finally San Francisco and San Rafael where they lived for the last 40 years. She was a devoted homemaker and mother, active as a room mother at Mary Silveira School, St. Isabella's School, secretary for Parish and School Councils and President of the Mothers Club at Marin Catholic High School. Pat was active as President of the Nazareth House Guild and worked there until the day before she died. A humble, loving person and friend to many, she will be greatly missed by friends and family. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass Tuesday December 18, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Isabella's Church 465 Manuel T. Freitas Parkway, San Rafael. A vigil will be held Monday at 7:30 p.m. at the Church. Inurnment Private Golden Gate National Cemetery. Memorial contributions preferred to St. Vincent de Paul in C/O St. Isabella's Church, Nazareth House, 245 Nova Albion Way, San Rafael, CA 94903 or to the donor's choice.
