KATHERINE FROMER
Katherine Fromer of Mill Valley died at home Monday. She was 73.
A longtime San Francisco resident, Mrs. Fromer moved to Marin about 15 years ago.
She was a school teacher in San Francisco and a lifetime member of the American Federation of Teachers. She was also active in many civil rights and world peace organizations.
Mrs. Fromer is survived by her husband, Irving Fromer; his daughter, Ann Spake; two sons,John and David Fromer, all of Mill Valley; and six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
No funeral service will be held.
The family intends to establish a Katherine Fromer Memorial Fund.
