JACK BULL
Jack P. Bull, a Mill Valley resident and manager of the Sub-Marina (sic) sandwich shop in San Francisco, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long illness. He was 44.
Bull was a native of Virginia and came to California 20 years ago. He moved to Marin County 10 years ago and lived most recently at 349 Carrera Drive in Mill Valley.
For many years he sang with several Bay Area theater groups, including the Lamplighters and Great Plays Company of San Francisco and the Berkeley Lyric Opera Company.
He is survived by his parents, Richard B. and Madelina Bull of Virginia and a brother, William R. Bull.
Funeral will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Russell and Gooch Mortuary, 270 Miller Avenue, Mill Valley.
Burial will be in Parksley, Va.
