E. M. KNIGHT, Ex-San Rafael Principal, Dies
Eugene Morrison Knight, for 20 years a San Rafael school teacher and former principal of the E street school, died suddenly today while visiting his daughters in Larkspur.
Knight retired from teaching position in 1945. At that time he moved from Marin to a new home in San Jose.
He returned to the county yesterday to visit his daughters, Mrs. Neal Spaulding and Mrs. William Costello in Larkspur, and died suddenly.
In addition to his daughters, Knight is survived by his wife, Mrs. Louise Knight; a son, Marine Capt. Eugene Knight, Jr.; a brother, Morrison Knight; and a sister, Mrs. J. B? Hegeman.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. from Keaton’s mortuary, San Rafael. Inurnment, private.
