MARIE ARATA FIGONE
Bookkeeper
Marie Arata Figone of Saratoga, Santa Clara County, a former 30-year resident of Greenbrae, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 1990, at Our Lady of Fatima rest home, Saratoga. She was 86.
Mrs. Figone was a native of San Francisco. She lived in Greenbrae from about 1955 to 1985. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper.
Mrs. Figone was a member of St. Sebastian’s Catholic Church in Kentfield.
She is survived by three nieces, Virginia Finocchio of Los Gatos, Clarinda Powers of Vallejo and Josanne Bruno of La Selva Beach, near Santa Cruz. Her husband, August Figone, died earlier.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Dec. 8 at Our Lady of Fatima Villa, 20400 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road, Saratoga.
Private entombment took place at the Italian Cemetery, Colma.
The family prefers memorial donations to Our Lady of Fatima Villa.
