GAFFNEY, Frank Springer, 91, of San Rafael, passed away November 21, 2001. Neptune Society, Novato, 415-898-1868.

Frank Springer Gaffney, Longtime Marin Resident
Frank S. Gaffney, a resident of San Rafael for over 50 years, died on Wednesday, November 21, 2001 from complications related to age. He was 91. Frank and his wife, Helen who preceded him in death by eight months, spent their careers with Jenkel- Davidson Optical Company in San Rafael. Frank was active in the community and in his church. He is survived by their son, Richard and grandson, Michael. A Memorial Service for Frank Gaffney will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 15th at the First Presbyterian Church, 72 Kensington Road, San Anselmo, CA. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the church.
