Tiburonite’s Kin Dies At Air Base
Dr. Dean M. Ring, 32, brother of David D. Ring of 747 Tiburon boulevard, Tiburon, a Reed Union School District trustee, died Thursday at Chanute Air Force Base Hospital, Rantoul, Ill., after a 19-months illness.
He was chief of surgery at the base hospital before his retirement four months ago as a major. Also surviving are his wife and two sons. Dr. Ring was a native of Iowa.
Burial will be at the San Francisco Presidio, Wednesday.
