CARNEY, June W., 81, of Novato, passed away November 22, 2001. Keaton's Redwood Chapel, Novato, 415-897-1151.
June W. Carney, A Resident of Novato
Suffered a heart attack and died at her home in Novato on Thanksgiving Day, the 22nd of November, 2001. She was born at Elk Creek in Nebraska on June 25, 1920. She was a WWII Veteran and a Marin resident since 1959, moving to Novato in 1961. From 1965 until 1970, she worked at the Commissary Office at Hamilton AFB. After cremation, burial was at Valley Memorial Park in Novato. She is survived by her husband, CWO Leonard E. Carney, U.S. Army, Retired.
