Wife Of Airman Dies In Hospital
Helen Jo Donstad, 33, wife of an Air Force navigator stationed at Hamilton Air Force Base, died early today at Letterman Army Hospital in San Francisco after a long illness.
Mrs. Donstad is survived by her husband, Capt. Robert C. Donstad of the 41st Air Rescue Squadron; two daughters, Jacqueline, 6, and Roberta, 3, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. L. La Prarie of San Jose.
The Donstad family has lived at 73 Corte Roble, in Loma Verde at Ignacio, for the five months that Captain Donstad has been stationed at Hamilton AFB. Formerly he was stationed in Hawaii. Mrs. Donstad was a native of Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael. Burial will be in Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno.
