SILVER, Judith (Judy), 69, formerly of Sausalito, passed away December 3, 2001. Sinai Memorial Chapel, San Francisco, 415-921-3636.
Judith (Judy) Silver
Died on December 3, 2001 at her home of seven years in San Francisco surrounded by her loving family. She was 69, and bravely fought cancer. Born in Detroit, Michigan, she moved to San Francisco in 1954 with her husband, and was a past resident of Sausalito for over 40 years. A teacher by profession, she was devoted to her family and her community. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Sol Silver, and her children, Sam Silver of Greenbrae, Sara Silver of Santa Rosa and Abby and Ori Kochavi of Pacifica, and her loving grandson, Jordan Kochavi. Services will be held on Thursday, December 6th at 10:30 a.m. at Sinai Memorial Chapel, Geary Blvd. at Divisadero Street, S.F. Interment to follow at Home of Peace Cemetery, Colma. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Congregation Beth Sholom of San Francisco, Hadassah, or the American Cancer Society.
