FISCHER, Rhea Kessler, 94, passed away November 29, 2001. Neptune Society of Northern California, 415-898-1868.
Rhea Kessler Fischer
Passed away in San Rafael on November 29, 2001, at the age of 94. Born in Seattle, Washington, and a resident of California for more than 60 years, her long musical career included several years with the San Francisco Opera, professional recitals in various San Francisco venues, and many years as a teacher of voice and piano. She is survived by her daughter, Julie Fischer Burford, and her son-in-law Stanley Burford, both of San Rafael, as well as grandson Scott Burford of Benicia, and granddaughter Karen Burford Isaac of Ridgefield, Connecticut. A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held at a later date. Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, and arrangements are in the care of the Neptune Society.
