Death of an Estimable Pioneer Lady
Mrs. H.M. GARRISON, mother of Mrs. William McMillan, passed away at her daughter’s residence, last Wednesday, at the advanced age of 82 years. Deceased was a pioneer resident of the State, having arrived here in 1852. Her home was for many years, in Cloverdale, where her remains were taken Friday for burial. She leaves a large number of children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, one great granddaughter being 21 years of age. Deceased was a lady of gentle character and lovable nature, and was respected by all who knew her.

Death of a Pioneer
Mrs. HANNAH M. GARRISON, one of the pioneers of this State, passed away at her home in Sausalito last Wednesday. She was 81 years of age and a native of New York, and lived in this State for 48 years and in Sausalito for 7 years. She was the mother of Charles and William Garrison, Mrs. William McMillan and Mrs. A.C. Lewis of Sausalito. The burial took place at Cloverdale on the 8th of June.
