KATHALEEN STROEBE
San Rafael resident
Funeral services for Kathaleen Carmody Stroebe of San Rafael will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at St. Isabella’s Church, Manuel Frietas Parkway, Terra Linda.
She died July 2 at home in San Rafael. She was 45.
She was a graduate of Sonoma State University and received master’s and teaching degrees from San Francisco State University.
She is survived by two daughters, Suzanne and Michelle Stroebe, both of San Rafael; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Carmody of Norman, Okla.; two brothers, James Carmody of Houston, Texas, and Jerry Carmody of Dallas, Texas.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to “That Man May Speak,” Glaucoma Research Lab, 10 Kirkham St., San Francisco, 94148.
