PAMELA KOMPF
Former Marin resident
Memorial services for Pamela Kompf of Boise, Idaho, will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Tiburon.
She died in an airplane crash en route to Grangeville, Idaho, on July 2. She was 43.
She was born in San Rafael and reared in Mill Valley. She graduated from Tamalpais High School and began a career as a dental assistant in Mill Valley. She moved to Boise several years ago.
She enjoyed softball, camping and the outdoors.
She is survived by her mother, Marlys Kopan of Mill Valley; her father, Taber Kopan of Mill Valley; a daughter, Kristin K. Kompf of Boise; two sisters, Kimberly Lawson of Redondo Beach and Lynn Flint of Petaluma; and a brother, Jim Kopan of Petaluma.
