EVA M. BADARACCO
A Resident of Vallejo

Eva M. Badaracco, nee Eva Johanna de Blocq van Scheltinga, loving wife of the late Carl Badaracco, passed away on April 8, 2001 at the age of 88.

A life long Bay Area resident, Eva is survived by her children, Dan Badaracco, Joyce Ortega and Marilyn Hamilton, grandchildren and great grandchildren and her three sisters, Esther Brant, Connie Berry and Martha Young. Eva was known for her love, caring and kindness for others and she will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

Eva was married to Carl John Badaracco who was born in San Francisco 17 Feb. 1904; he died 21 Aug. 1958 in San Francisco. He was the son of Valentine and Catherine Badaracco, both of whom were born in Italy. Valentine’s 1920 census return states that he was born about 1860, immigrated about 1880 and naturalized about 1900. Catherine was born about 1882, immigrated about 1903 and was naturalized.
