Evelyn Browne, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Browne of this city, passed away last Wednesday. Mr. Browne, the father, was a civil engineer and was following his profession in Galveston at the time of the storm. During the nights of exposure following the catastrophe, his little daughter contracted the cold that ended her life. The funeral took place yesterday.
