HARPER, Virginia Rose, 83, passed away September 21, 2001. Neptune Society, Novato, 415-898-1868.
Virginia Rose Harper
Age 83, passed away Friday, September 21st, 2001. Dearly beloved wife of Arthur D. Harper, loving mother of Rosalie Harper and Geraldine Montiel and of son-in-law Javier Montiel. Devoted grandmother of Elisa, Renata and Jay Montiel and loving sister of Jane Suarez. Virginia is also survived by several nieces and nephews and by many loving and cherished friends. She will be missed greatly. A private Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 6th at the home of daughter and son-in-law, Geraldine and Javier Montiel.
