FRANK SILVA is Dead
Francisco Silvaria De Azevedo, generally known as Frank Silva, proprietor of the Baldwin restaurant on 4th Street, died at his home on Tuesday. About a month ago he returned from a visit to Europe, and in 3 days afterward, contracted an illness from which he never recovered.
