ELIZABETH MONTANK
Elizabeth Montank, 97, of Novato, died yesterday at a local convalescent hospital after a long illness.
Mrs. Montank, of 11 San Carlos Way, was the mother of Thelma Cody of Novato. She had moved to Marin six years ago after living in Portland, Ore.
She was a member of the Finnish Lutheran Church of Portland, Ore., and Albany, Contra Costa County. She was a native of Finland.
Surviving, besides Mrs. Cody, are two other daughters, Marguerite Deibele of Beaverton, Ore., and Fern Huff of Reno, Nev., six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Friday at Warren Cemetery, Warren, Ore.
