Despondent Novato Matron Ends Life
Despondent over a long period of failing health, Mrs. Alice E. Olson, 50, wife of Charles A. Olson, Novato, ended her life with poison Sunday.
Mrs. Olson was active in fire department auxiliary affairs. Her husband is president of the Marin County Assn. of Fire Departments. Her parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Peterson, early San Rafael settlers. A brother, Alfred Peterson, resides here, and a nephew, Elmer Mastrup, in Novato.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday in the mortuary of Keaton and Dusel.
