JOHN ROSE
John William Rose, 67, of San Geronimo, died today at a local hospital after a long illness.
A retired warehouseman, he was a native of Kentucky and had lived in California 43 years and in Marin County five years.
Surviving are his widow, Donna Vene; a son by a former marriage, Carl Whipple of Bellingham, Wash.; two sisters, Betty O’Brien and Pegi Scott of North Hollywood, and a brother, Arley Rose of Redlands, San Bernardino County.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
