Brief Local Notes
Another of Olema's respected citizens, Martin Zoppi, passed away last Friday at the French hospital in San Francisco, after suffering from typhoid fever for 2 weeks. He was 42 years of age and was a partner with G. Codoni in the meat business. His death was a peculiarly sad one as his wife died some 4 years ago and now 5 orphan children are left, the oldest being only 10 years of age. A house and lot at Olema and a few hundred dollars in cash is left for their support.
