Kenneth L. Wilson
Passed away in Penngrove, September 13, 2001. A native of Wisconsin, age 83. Beloved husband of 58 years to Louise Wilson of Penngrove. Loving father of Sherry Holmes-Bumgarner of Rohnert Park, Carla Sundberg-Arguelles of Penngrove, Kenneth Wilson of Novato, and Jon Wilson of Marysville. Dear father-in-law of John "Sandy" Bumgarner, Victor Arguelles, and Diana Wilson. Caring grandfather of Ken Holmes Jr., Karen Baseheart, Kathryn Hughes, Richard Sundberg, Kenneth Wilson Jr., Cody Wilson, and McKenna Wilson. Devoted great-grandfather of Timothy Baseheart, Taylor Mitchell, and Kelli Hughes. Dear brother of Sam Wilson, Virginia Bayliss, Audrey Christofferson, Ethel Kupczyk, Joyce Danz, and Jackie Baatz. Mr. Wilson is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A veteran of WWII, serving with the U.S. Army. His hobbies included golfing, cooking, gardening, and hunting. A member of the American Legion, S.I.R.S., and the Tamalpais Golf Club.
Friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass, Monday, September 17, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church, 125 Sonoma Mt. Pkwy., Petaluma. Friends may call for visitation from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday at the ADOBE CREEK FUNERAL HOME, 331, Lakeville St., Petaluma. Memorial contributions may be made to St. James Building Fund, Hanna Boys Center, the American Cancer Society Redwood Chapter or St. Peter Chanel Seminary in San Francisco.
Interment will be at Cypress Hill Memorial Park, Petaluma, CA, Cheda & Lyons, 707-789-9000.
