MRS. FINLAY
Funeral for Joan Ella Finlay, 40, of Petaluma, will be held at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Sorensen Funeral Home.
Mrs. Finley (sic) was found dead yesterday at her home at 835 South McDowell Boulevard. She was a native of Philadelphia and was reared there.
After graduation from high school, Mrs. Finlay joined the Waves and served during the Korean War. She and her husband, Patrick Finlay, a salesman, lived in Marin County briefly and moved to Petaluma eight years ago.
She is also survived by two sons, Robert Finlay of Petaluma and Gilbert Finlay of Los Angeles; two daughters, Robbin and Patricia Finlay of Petaluma; her father, Robert Walton of Delaware; and two sisters, Sandy Farrel of Florida and Nancy Hughes of Pennsylvania.
Burial will be Monday in Salida, Colo.
