Fairfax Woman Loses Her Mother
Mrs. Helena May Noonan of San Francisco, mother of Mrs. Fred Adams of Fairfax, died of pneumonia at a local hospital yesterday after an illness of two weeks. A native and lifelong resident of San Francisco, she was 62.
Mrs. Noonan had never resided in Marin but was visiting her daughter and son-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. Fred Adams of 104 Cascade drive, Fairfax, prior to hospitalization. Her husband, the late Joseph Noonan, was sales manager for Acme Brewing Co. in San Francisco until his death 20 years ago.
Mrs. Noonan was also the mother of Mrs. Harry Finigan and Mrs. Ralph Maloney of San Francisco, Mrs. Robert Linari of Redwood City, and Loyola Noonan of San Francisco. She was the sister of Jeremiah C. O’Connor Jr. of the O’Connor funeral directors in San Francisco.
