Another Pioneer Crosses the Divide

Sincere sorrow was expressed on all sides Saturday when the news of the death in Alameda of James Taylor was received here. Deceased passed away on Friday after a brief illness. He was for many years a highly esteemed resident of Nicasio and recently moved to Alameda. He was the father of the late David Taylor and he leaves a widow and 2 daughters, Mrs. D.H. Camblien and Miss Ella B. Taylor. He was a native of Rhode Island, aged 78 years and 4 months.
