Local Happenings
Daniel McNeil, of Nicasio, died last Sunday in San Francisco, where he was visiting, after a very brief illness. Death seems to have resulted from ptomaine poisoning, developed by eating canned oysters. Mr. McNeil had many friends in Nicasio who were deeply grieved at his unexpected death.
