ALEXANDER SAWINKO
Tiburon resident

Alexander Sawinko of Tiburon died Friday, April 2, 1993. He was 82.

Mr. Sawinko was born on the border between Poland and Bielorussia. He and his wife moved to the United States in 1951.

They moved to Marin about two years ago.

He was employed as a scientist until his retirement.

“He was the most wonderful man who lived on Earth,” said his wife, Vera Sawinko. “He was an angel from God. He was so kind.”

They were married 31 years. He leaves no other survivors.

Arrangements were handled by Daphne Fernwood in Mill Valley.
