Cathrine Steele Of Bolinas Dies
Funeral services will be held tomorrow for Cathrine Steele, 86, lifelong resident of Bolinas, who died at a local hospital after a lengthy illness.
A native of San Lorenzo, she had lived almost all her life in Bolinas and was active in the Calvary Presbyterian Church there. She had been living with her brother, James Steele, a landscape gardener, who survives her. They lived on Highway 1 near the intersection with Bolinas road. Miss Steele also is survived by a sister, Mrs. Jane Matthew of Bolinas.
Services will be held 2 p.m. tomorrow at Calvary Presbyterian Church, Bolinas. Burial will be at Bolinas Cemetery. Friends may call at Keaton’s in San Rafael until 11 a.m. tomorrow.
