Anna L. Patterson
The funeral for Anna L. Patterson of Rohnert Park, a former longtime Marin County resident, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Pleasant Hill Mortuary and Cemetery in Sebastopol.
She died Tuesday at Crestview Convalescent Hospital in Petaluma after a one-year illness. She was 87.
Mrs. Patterson had lived in Rohnert Park for about four years. She previously had lived in Sebastopol and Forestville.
She also had lived at San Quentin Village for 30 years, where her late husband, William A. Patterson, was a guard.
Mrs. Patterson was a homemaker.
She was a member of the women’s auxiliary of the American Legion.
Mrs. Patterson is survived by three daughters, Carol A. Kelly of Yreka, Marian Clinton of San Francisco and Annabelle Murphy of New Bedford, Mass.; two sons, William P. Patterson Jr. of Piercy, Mendocino County, and John C. Patterson of Santa Rosa; and 19 grandchildren.
The family prefers memorial gifts to the American Heart Association.
