HARRY CHARTOCK
Fairfax doctor
Dr. Harry Isaac Chartock of Fairfax died Aug. 16 in Fairfax. He was 87.
He was born in Massachusetts and was a longtime resident of San Francisco.
He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and the University of San Francisco Medical School. Dr. Chartock was a specialist in internal medicine and served on the staff of Mount Zion Hospital.
His wife, Lena Chartock, died earlier.
He is survived by a son, Thomas Andrew Chartock of Fairfax, and a brother, William Chartock.
Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Sinai Memorial Chapel, San Francisco.
