The body of Charles Kasstein, a carpenter formerly employed in the railroad shops at Tiburon, was found floating off Point Bonita last Saturday. Ten days precious he was missing from his usual abode in one of the railroad bunkhouses at Tiburon. He is supposed to have committed suicide.
