George Mills, a nephew of the late D. O. Mills, died at the county hospital near San Rafael on Monday. He was an eccentric character and an inventive genius. He was a resident of San Rafael for over 40 years and was by occupation a carriage painter. He put in all his spare time on inventions, inventing several which were of practical value.
