Youth, Pinned Under Auto, Is Fatally Hurt

Pinned underneath an automobile which overturned when making an “S” turn on the highway at Penn Grove, six miles north of Petaluma, yesterday afternoon at 5:30, Frank Mancebo, 17, son of Mrs. Julius Mancebo of Sausalito, suffered a fractured skull and other injuries, from which he died at the Hillside Hospital at Petaluma at 7:30 o’clock.

With Mancebo was Edward Souza, 17, also of Sausalito. They were returning from Duncan’s Mills, where they were visiting friends. Souza was thrown clear of the car. He, with V. E. Gatty of Petaluma, a passing motorist, took Mancebo to the hospital.

Mancebo, who was employed at the railroad shops at Sausalito, is survived by his mother, who operates a grocery store at Sausalito, and three sisters.
