Old Larkspur Resident Dead
Charles Van Allen, 74 Years of Age, Passes Away After Short Illness
Charles Van Allen, a resident of Larkspur for 27 years, died on Monday at the Cottage Hospital, following a short illness. Van Allen, who was 74 years of age, was a carpenter and general handy man. He lived at the Hill boat house near Escalle.
He leaves one son, Albert, a brakeman, in the employ of the Southern Pacific at Oakland.
