Howard Brooks Passes Away
Constable Nicholas G. Yeager received word Wednesday morning that Howard Brooks, former resident of Sausalito, had passed away at Geyserville late Tuesday evening after a long and brave fight for life.
A large number attended his funeral in Geyserville yesterday. The deceased was a native of Sonoma Co., aged 22 years, son of Samuel Brooks, a farmer, brother of Lloyd Brooks and a nephew of Mrs. Heyl Yeager.
He was a honored member of Sea Point Parlor of Native Sons and was very popular here with the younger set. He was formerly an employee of the American Railway Express.
