Tony Mansabo (sic) Died Last Night
Tony C. Mansabo, for the past 14 years a faithful employee of the Mason and Company of Sausalito, died from influenza in a San Rafael hospital at 8:00 last night. He was sick a little over a week. One of his brothers, Manuel, an employee of the Mason Malt Whiskey Distilling Co., is very sick with the influenza.
He was a native of Pine Station, aged 26 years, husband of Mary Mansabo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Caton Mansabo, and brother of Manuel, Joseph, Frank, Constance, Henrietta and Virginia Mansabo and Mrs. Mary Souza.
Clinton Mason, of Mason & Co., on learning that Tony was very ill, had him removed from his home to a San Rafael hospital and placed under the care of Dr. J. H. Kuser with instructions to spare no expense in giving him proper medical treatment and hospital aid.
For the past few years he drove one of Mason & Co.’s heaviest motor trucks. He was well liked by all his acquaintances.
The funeral will be held in the Fernwood Cemetery at an early date.
