Ray Leonardi, 20, Is Laid to Last Rest

Final rites were held Monday at Keaton and Dusel’s funeral parlors for Ray Leonardi, 29, whose untimely death from an emergency appendectomy Friday night caused grief to his many friends here.

Young Leonardi died in an east bay hospital. He was a former resident of San Rafael. His brother, John, died several years earlier, following a similar operation.

Deceased is survived by his widow, Mrs. Isabelle A. Leonardi, his two young children, John and Janet Leonardi, his father, Natalle Leonardi, and his brothers, Louis H., Attilio L., and Edward Leonardi. He was a native of California. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
