Rites Wednesday For Mrs. Antonio
Mrs. Julia C. Antonio, resident of Marin county for the past 12 years, died at a local hospital Saturday after a short illness. A native of the Azore Islands, she was 68.
Her husband, the late John Antonio, was a Novato dairyman until his death about five years ago. Since then, Mrs. Antonio had been living with her children in Marin, Mrs. Rosa Silva of Santa Venetia; Mrs. Beatrice Corriea of Novato; Bill, Raymond and Walter Antonio of San Rafael.
She was also the mother of Mrs. Mary Azevedo of Petaluma, Joe Antonio of Sebastopol, Tony and John Antonio of Petaluma, and Frank Antonio of Richmond. Other survivors are her sister, Mary Souza of Watsonville; 42 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held 9 a.m. Wednesday from the Harry M. Williams mortuary, San Rafael, thence to St. Raphael’s church for High Mass of Requiem. Rosary will be recited 9 p.m. tomorrow at the mortuary. Interment is at Mt. Olivet cemetery, San Rafael.
