Louis Ray Noel, a respected citizen of Fairfax, dropped dead in the White House, on Thursday, March 28th. Mr. Noel was a native of France, was forty-three years old, and had been in poor health for some time. Until a year ago, he had been a hotel keeper in San Francisco, and the remains were sent to that city for burial.
