Mr. John F. Whalley passed away on Saturday morning, March 29th, at the home of his sister, Mrs. George A. Beanston, in San Anselmo. Mr. Whalley, whose home was in Seattle, Wash., suffered an attack of nervous prostration some months ago, and came south, trusting that a milder climate and change of atmosphere might restore his health. Ten days ago, he was thought to be on the road to recovery, and his death came as a great shock to his devoted wife and sister, who after months of vigil, believed him to be convalescent. Mrs. Whalley and Mrs. Beanston accompanied the remains to Seattle, Wash., where the interment will take place.
